What Makes the Heart of Europe a Dream Community in Dubai

The hardships of travelling through Europe in the Covid era are well chronicled, but there will soon be a method to travel across the continent without ever boarding an aircraft. In fact, all it takes is a short boat voyage to The World, where you’ll find the Heart of Europe.

When it comes to developments in Dubai, the word ambitious is frequently used, but The World may be the most ambitious project ever. When viewed from above, the group of constructed islands, located 4 kilometres off the coast of Dubai, resemble the continents of the world.

Currently, Sweden Island is the only fully realised project, and it is also the most spectacular. The island resembles something out of a James Bond movie. Heart of Europe, which consists of six islands, aspires to be the best vacation and second home destination in Dubai.

Sweden has ten seaside homes totaling 43,758 square metres, including nine palaces and a mansion that is four times the size of the rest. Machines powered by the same Arabian sunshine that warms the infinity pool upstairs release white flakes on demand against an alpine setting.

The gigantic magnitude and untamed yet elegant opulence of the estate are breathtaking. The boutique hotel-sized six-level houses come with an elevator and a private beach and are surrounded by un-Scandinavian lush vegetation.

Plush seating for opulent dinner parties at a table the length of a limo, a circular bed with ocean views, and a big marble tub are among the luxurious furnishings provided by high-end automobile manufacturer Bentley.

The domed party area, which is larger than many pubs, can hold 300 people, making it ideal for post-pandemic celebrations.

They’ll be able to toast their German neighbours, which would be impossible in real life but conceivable in the Heart of Europe atlas.

The mansion is the pride of the island, and it cuts a magnificent figure of 8,913 sq m of it drawing influence from Swedish Vikings. As you approach the island, the golden dome, topped with a dragon’s head reminiscent of a Viking ship, gleams in the sunlight.

The Heart of Europe is made up of six themed islands that are supposed to resemble Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Venice, the Côte d’Azur, and other European destinations.

The idea is that once tourists arrive, they’ll be able to convince themselves that they’ve been relocated from the often oppressive Arabian heat to more temperate climates.

The Heart of Europe is based on six islands. It will bring the best of Europe to Dubai. It will offer a variety of European cultural, eating, and hospitality experiences including resorts, cafés, bars, boutiques, and entertainment, and will be located 2 miles off the coast of Dubai. The $5 billion master-planned tourism island attraction, developed by Kleindienst Group, has come a long way since its initial proposal in 2008.

The 32 futuristic beach or lagoon-facing houses on Germany Island are inspired by Bauhaus, but more closely resemble a lunar colony. Only one of these, with a price tag of $7.89 million, remained unsold at the time of writing. While the Portofino resort on Main Europe island boasts a colourful Italianate exterior, just like the renowned coastal town it’s named after.

Rainy Street, a roadway temperature-controlled to 27 C (80 F) to replicate a European summer environment where showers fall on demand and a snow plaza releases ice flakes, is also located in Main Europe. In a country where natural precipitation is rare, visitors to the UAE are sure to appreciate these unique ideas.

While the Covid-19 outbreak halted operations on the mainland, development on the Heart of Europe islands continued apace, with an aim of opening Phase 1 soon. Sweden Beach Palaces, Germany Villas, Honeymoon Island, Portofino Hotel, and Côte d’Azur Resort are included in the first phase of The Heart of Europe.
