Sobha Developers Ltd is a young subsidiary of the Indian holding company Sobha Group, which has been in business since 1976. In March of 2012, Sobha Developers was legally registered to work in Dubai. The company's holding is global, with operations in India, China, Bahrain, Brunei, Qatar, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, and Tanzania.

Sobha Contracting provides end-to-end services, from concept to completion. Interior fittings, glass, and reinforced concrete constructions are all part of Sobha Manufacturing's expertise.
To assure quality from construction to commissioning, each project is subjected to a rigorous testing, inspection, verification, and approval procedure. Multiple stages of quality assurance methods, including independent foramen ground inspections, ensure that workmanship meets the highest industry standards. All of the materials utilized in the projects came from the top local and international sources in the business.

On the 7th of August, 1995, PNC Menon established the business. The Sobha Sapphire residential development in Bangalore and the Harisree Garden plot development in Coimbatore were both inaugurated in September 1997 by SDL.
